elbē is a small interactive studio in Chicago focused primarily on quality software and experiential UX design. I was brought in at the beginning of 2025 to expand their capabilities, pushing visual design and high-level strategy to the forefront of the brand. Since then, I have focused on improving three main aspects of elbē's public identity:

  1. Brandwork across social - focusing on all the non-logo elements of branding, I ensured all content from photos and videos to graphic carousels felt unified & premium. I also led our strategic approach for paid and organic media, driving rationale for what, when, and how we posted.
  2. Voice & tone - Placing greater emphasis on processes/outcomes and less on technical jargain, I helped shift consumer understanding away from 'vendor' and closer to 'holistic partner.'
  3. Pitching projects - Defining that 'first impression' moment, I helped visually articulate our process and tailor case studies to match each of our three verticals: event marketing, museums, and branded environments.
